8 weeks. pregnancy symptoms gone?

Hi,
I was just wondering if anybody could reassure me or give me  their views.
I am 8 weeks pregnant now, last  week consisted  of vomiting every other morning and feeling nausea the majority of the day.
I had an early scan with this pregnancy at 5 weeks 6 days (due to a previous pregnancy loss in APRIL I had an embryonic pregnancy) the scan showed my baby and a visible heartbeat.
This week my symptoms  have just stopped does  this mean something is wrong and  if so what do i do??  Help I am panicking  xxx

Well guys looks like a lot  of worry about nothing.  Woke up this morning  to the most horrendous  sickness I have had so far after 4 days of no symptoms I must say it was a massive relief :-) xxx

Im sure most of us mommies can relate we complain we feel like crap or when it seems like baby is kicking every internal organ we have but become worried and depressed when we don't feel anything. Just listen to your body/heart if u ever feel like something is off. lord knows I've gone to the L&D department of my hospital plenty of times just for them to show me that my baby is fine.

I was going to call doctor because with my previous pregnancy all my symptoms disappeared too. But like I said it was an embryonic  pregnancy which means there was never a formed fetus. I carried that pregnancy up until my 12 week scan where we discovered no baby. I have had an early scan this time which showed baby and heartbeat so it's a completely different scenario I really need to chill. Just find it so difficult

Honestly these words of advice are amazing it's really nice to be able  to speak to people who understand your worries. I don't like to talk to people about  it as they just don't seem to be able to relate to me. I know it's silly but while  I was being sick I actually was greatful because to me it was like my baby  saying I'm hanging on in here. With the last loss i just like the reassurance  all it ok x

That happened to me too throughout the first trimester. There were weeks where  I felt like crap, moody, tired, breast are swollen and tender the next its almost like im not pregnant and everything is back to normal. My doc told me that my body was just getting use to the hormones. Im almost 31 weeks now and at times I have symptoms other times I feel great. As long as u don't have pay and aren't bleeding I wouldn't worry too much.

That's comforting to know. Thanks for the response! I will try to enjoy not being sick for a little while  and brace myself for week 13 then.

I also had 2 previous miscarriages so I was worried about this as well. It's difficult, but try to relax and remain positive. Drink lots of water, take your vitamins, and rest! I'm 33 weeks now. There is hope, praying for you and your baby!

My symptoms came and went all the time. other then being tired, I didn't have many symptoms at all after week 5 , until around 13 weeks when my nausea got worse. Consider yourself lucky!
