kick starting labour

Anyone know anything that can help being labour, i'm only 36 weeks so i'm not ready yet but i wanna start trying well into my 37th week to see if he can come at least a week early if possible

If i used raspberry leaf tea how many would i drink a day?

sex...the sperm helps to soften cervix and the "activity" also kicks up contractions, and walking is great as well. you don't want to do things like castor oil unless overdue and making sure you've talked with your doctor. I have read that raspberry tea helps to move things along and is said to soften cervix and make labor easier but not like you could drink a cup and then go into labor

Walking. Make sure your walking at least ahalf hourevery night. I did and my girls came right on time for their due dates.  Better on time than late. :) When hubby was nearby I would do a few small lunges to help stretch the muscles. I never took anything, tho I was offered a tea of star of anise from several family members I refused to. (Not sure if that even works... Lol)
Most Babies will come naturally when theyi are ready. Good luck.
