for second, third time moms???

So I am 15+2 weeks pregnant with my second child an for the last few days I've been experiencing what I think are braxton hicks. I never experienced this with my first. My uterus feels tight but isn't painful. Is this normal? Should I be worried? Or should I head up to the drs office? Sorry so many questions.

Totally normal. I'm 18 weeks with my second and have been having bh's since 12 weeks. I think it was the same with my first but I just didn't recognise the signs and know what it was called.
