Both acupuncture and chiropractic care are safe for pregnant women. Just make sure you see someone who is experienced or comfortable working with pregnant women. I had bad sciatic nerve pain in my 5th and 6th months. I saw a chiropractor twice and feel great now.

Ugh, sorry!!  That stinks.  What about a heating pad, have you tried that?  I know someone that found that to really help.
