need help!

I'm about 34 weeks and about am hour ago I have started feeling stomach pains. Its coming and going but also feel it mildly between the more intense pains... this is my third child so I should know how labor feels like but i mostly had back labor and this feels different. Its mostly in my upper stomach though I feel it in my lower too, it feels like I need to poop or pass gas and/or throw up... I'm not sure what to think or what this is, am I in labor or is this braxton hicks or... ?? Help please. I have a dr appt tomorrow and don't want to go to hospital for nothing.

Thanks I will definately try that. Its just really discomfortable.

Try drinking a big glass of water, emptying your bladder really well, then lay on your left side.  That can usually help. :) If not then I would say get checked. Better to go for nothing than not go and it be something. Good luck
