I'm too fat with 7- weeks

Hi there!
I was not planning to be overweight and pregnant at the same time. So my plan is to start eating small portions 5 times a day and cooking healthy food. So far and I have manage to loose 3 pounds... should I continue to be doing the same thing? Do I need to cut all carbs??? Any advise???
Thanks :-)

You are eating for yourself,  not your baby. Your baby will take what it needs from you. You will only be hurting yourself if you don't replenish what the baby took from you.

With that being said,  eat healthy and exercise and you should lose weight and not harm your baby.

You shouldn't cut out anything.  You are eating for the baby, not just yourself.  That being said, there is nothing wrong with eating healthy and exercising.  That's what you SHOULD be doing.  Also, eating smaller meals throughout the day is also good for morning sickness.  Talk to your doctor about your weight plan.  Whatever your doctor's recommendation for weight management should be your plan.  I'm assuming you haven't had your first appointment yet, but you can always call for recommendations if you have questions.
