In Labor???

Woke up at 8:30 with contractions I was just admitted I'm in labor went from 2 to 4cm in 1 hour. I'm 38+2 I'm terrified and excited at the same time. Any advice on how to deal with contractions till they give me the epidural?

No advice just a story. My husband no longer holds my hands because when I went into labor my very first time he said he wanted to beat my *** becasue I almost broke his hand. Lol. So just breath and see if you can get a heat pad for your back. Its like bad waves of cramp. Good luck

Yay! Congrads!!!
Every thing will br just fine. Here is my advise.  Breth in blue before contraction and bteath out pink while having the contraction. Think of it as ypu are blowing away the pain. And hey when push comesvto shove and they tell you not to hold yput breath while pushing. Dont worry about it. Focuse on pushing if you hold your breath to help push like I did then, thats what you got yo do.
