I packed 2 outfits for me, the first day I usually stay in the gown until I can get up and shower then an outfit for going home. I packed all toiletries to shower as well as flip flops for the shower and walking around. I only take one going home outfit for the baby,  in opinion the photos taken at my hospital never come out good and they are super expensive so I don't waste my time with those (your hospital may be better) and the more of your own clothes you put on the baby when you are there the more laundry you have to do when you get home.  Also don't forget chargers for your phones and camera (if you bring one.)

Make sure you pack some granny panties for the monstrous pads they give you at the hospital! Lol

Also maybe an outfit/stuffed animal for your baby just incase you guys have hospital pictures taken!

I found that out after the fact. & I was dissapointed I was prepared for it.

I would also pack a thick or warm blanket because the swadlle blankets that hospitals give are to thin. & newborns get cold super fast.

It's a great idea to pack your brestpump! Just incase baby has hard time latching, or you're to tired to breastfeed, you'll have food waiting & you'll have back up for your little one(: smart idea!

My hospital is 45 minutes away. I'm halfway done packing my daughters bag and haven't started backing mine. I'll finish packing our bags this Sunday. Its hot so Idk what will be comfy for me to wear home. It's supposed to be in the 90's the week I'm due.

I packed tooth brush/paste, deodarant, clothes to come home in. Baby clothes to come home in & clothes for my boyfriend to wear throughout the stay if he's staying with you. Food just incase get hungry after cafe closes.

I packed extra clothes just incase I didn't want to use hospital gowns. But I found it way more comfortable than wearing 2piece clothing. So if you don't wanna wear gowns, dresses will be a great idea (:

Make sure you pack loose fitting clothing. Tooth brush and tooth paste, stuff you might enjoy like a good book. I packed my pillow to give me some personal comfort.
