Insomnia

Wide awake and I hate it. I can never sleep at night. It's hard to breathe or even get in a comfortable position. But I'm  so tired and keep yawning. 28 weeks and ftm. Wish I could shake this. Any ideas on what to help me sleep at night.

I'm right here with you. I want to sleep at night so bad. My husband works overnights several times a week and I am up roaming around the house.

I'd check with your doctor first, but my gyno let me take unisom to help me sleep. She said it did not have any adverse effects on the baby. I started taking it half way through my pregnancy every night and my baby was born strong and healthy. He's a little over a month old now. Good luck mama
