First baby

Am 5weeks pregnant fisrt child, i hardly eat and i vomit alot, i as well as experience alot dizziness en frequent headaches.. How do i deal with this..

I can't tell you how to cope, but I can tell you it's really normal. I have found with previous pregnancy, that the things you would not expect to work, may work. My first, a can of ice cold coke at 5am every day. Second, tomatoes on toast was my go too food if I wasn't well (who would think acidic tomatoes would work!) third, was Vegemite. And this time it's been oranges and peppermint lollies.
I did get criticism for my daily  coke and how bad that is for me and baby, but I figure it was better than not eating at all!!

Tell your doctor they got meds to get rid of the nausea
