Itchy rash

Hi ladies, I have a really itchy rash all over my chest under and between my breasts. I'm in the first trimester and I'm not sure if it's pupp rash or heat rash as i live in a hot climate. What can I do to make this go away or even just soothe the itch?

Thanks girls! I'll try anything! I have some prickly heat rash powder but it seems to just make my skin dry so I'm going to get some light Unscented moisturizer and see if that helps, I'll try the deodorant too

Probably heat rash. I'm super sensitive to being in hot weather now :(

I'm using very emollient lotions now so my skin doesn't get dry and itchy

I had that problem my last pregnancy.  I used deodorant and baby powder.  I was pregnant all summer and I'm in Florida so I feel your pain lol
