It`s 100 degrees ! Help ! :-(

The high today is 107 and its 100 degrees. Welcome to Arizona !

I had been light headed and dizzy all day. I have my water bottle and a/c on omg Aug hurry up I will not makebit through this.

It's a bit warm here in California, I have the ac going. Have you tried drinking coconut water, it has electrolytes it keeps you hydrated and balanced with electrolytes. I'm hooked.

This is why I like NJ... I can't take that heat. I would actually be happy with only a couple weeks of summer, I much prefer the cool weather.... Make sure you get your salt too if your sweating a lot!

Ugh. I was in El Paso, TX, for a while and we got all yalls same weather. Hated going into Arizona mostly bc of the drivers but I know how you feel. Thank goodness I got out of there when I did. It was bad enough being in that in full uniform without being able to go inside or roll up my sleeves. I couldn't imagine doing it pregnant too! I don't know how the others in my unit handled it. They looked so washed out and drained all the time... poor girls... Hang in there!

Which is why I am inside all day long lol... I had a doctor's appt at 11:10 and then came home and am resting... hoping labor starts soon!!

The heat is miserable :/ My car reads 107° as well but I'm out in Las Vegas. Try your best to stay cool and hydrated!
