contractions please help

Im having contractions every 10 min.away and I just came backfrom the er because I.was bleedding a lil and they check me and said it was normal coming from the cervix anyways as soon as I got home started to have contractions and they are 10 min away ...it hurts so bad im 40 weeks 5 days,should I wait or go to the er again?

if I had so much pain I would not be here posting abt it but under a hot shower

Depends...are you a ftm?? If so, i would wait until they're at least 5-7 minutes apart. If you're not, I would go back

I would definitely wait until they are five minutes apart otherwise they will send you back home.  Take a shower and attempt to relax meanwhile.

I'd wait until they get closer. You will know when us time to go you will get this feeling n know that it is time. If you are to far apart and not dilating they will just keep sending you home

I'd wait till they get at least 5 min apart cause than they will send u back home
