I am almost 6 weeks pregnant and this will be number 3. I am having cramping and lower back pain. Yesterday I have some brown spotting discharge. Today I have not had any yet but still kinda hurting. Should I be worried?

I found out I was pregnant at 7 weeks.. two weeks later I then started bleeding.. I went to the hospital and they gave me an ultrasound and there were two sacs.. twins but one was empty.. I am now 18 weeks 19 weeks on Tues and I still have one healthy baby.. they called it vanishing twin syndrome.. but they said that if it would've been brown barely any blood it's just from the placenta attaching.. Def don't worry and if it will make you feel a lot better set up an appointment! Congrats and good luck! (:

Hi there. Well, congratulations on the pregnancy.  That's awesome!  Lots of women do have some cramping and spotting during early pregnancy and everything is fine.  Maybe just try to take it easy and see if anything else happens but hopefully all is fine.  Agree with above to call your doctor if you switch to red blood---  and to try to relax.  good luck hon

Brown means older blood. I would relax.  If the blood turned to red and more then spotting then I would call your Dr.
