can I get my hips fixed?

After my first pregnancy my hips were really screwed up. The right side at least two inches higher than my left and it protrudes from the front about an inch more than my left. I am now on my second pregnancy n the simplest things trigger pain and difficulties in walking. Can I get this fixed while pregnant?
