Just Found Out I'm Pregnant ( First Time)

I just found out that I am pregnant and right now my mind is going around a million times a minute. I'm overwhelmed with all sorts of emotions, I don't know where to start; what applications to download, what books are the best to read and have, should k get a pregnancy journal.

Not just that but my fiancée has had 3 kids with his prior marriage and thinks he knows all but my feelings are very and completely different then mine.... HELP.

See if your employer or health insurance company offers a maternity program. If they do they will usually give you free literature and books and samples anf good website resources and advice on the telephone any time you need it. Wtewye is a good book. Mayo clinic guide to a healthy pregnancy also good. You really only need to read one since they are both comprehensive. I bought both because I love reading and having info. When you see your ob gyn they will also give you information and advise about local classes. Everything probably seems very urgent right now. You do have plenty I'd time to learn. Most important right now... Go to the pharmacy and get some otc prenatal vitamins with dha. Nature made with dha capsules are good and doctor recommended but there are other brands as well. Take them every night before bed (easier on stomach at night). Don't drink or smoke or take any medications. Relax. Have fun. Congratulations!
