somehow I always liked the name Nirvana.
it's actually a girl's name, although I'd prefer it for a boy. being a bit of a metal head, I also like that it reminds me of the punk-rock band nirvana.
We're naming our boy Jaxton. He's due in 8 days. If we'd had a girl it would've been either Willow or Lillith.

My boys names are kayon( Nigerian) keane pronounced keen (irish) & my daughter is lilac all unique & love them all looking for another unique name once I find our the sex :-)
My son is Kyler and we thought that was unique being we had never heard it before finding it on some name website but since naming him we have encountered 2 people we didn't know that named their son Kyler and than I have 2 friends on Facebook that named their new babies Kyler, one and one girl. So I think it is going to become more common
Oh and someone on here is naming their baby Lumi Nate. I thought that was unique.

I had a student over the summer named Amazia. The z sound is more like the sound in "beige". Very unique. I like it.
