Just found out today!

I just found out today im 4 weeks pregnant. Reading everything online is making me nervous! Im so excited, but as a first time mom, I just want to make sure Im doing everything right! I work out 5-6 days a week. 3 days per week I lift weights and the other 2-3 I do the elliptical,  run, or do aerobics classes. Is weight lifting ok as long as Im not lifting too much? Should I just be walking on the treadmill rather than running?  I need guidance!

from what I was told, if you did it before pregnancy, you should be safe to do it after, you just don't want to start up an exercise routine AFTER finding out because it would be too stressful on your body. so I would suggest to just do your cardio, at a lower rate then you normally would, and when you see your dr to confirm your pregnancy, talk to him about what he suggests. I've seen pregnant women do weight lifting but they have to be very careful so I would say hold off until you talk to a dr and maybe use a personal trainer.
