Kegel Exercises

Has anybody done these or do them now? And do they really help?

I have a habit of doing them all the time. Lol! I was doing them before I even knew I was doing kegal exercises. They definitely work!!

Yes, and they help and u can do them literally whenever, which is awesome. Everyone knows u loosen as u age and after children.... I personally don't want my husband to feel like he's u-know-whating a piece of pvc pipe and I don't wanna sneeze and pee myself so I'm all about some kegals lol

They helped me alot,  I had 9 lb baby in 30 min delivery because of them,  it helped get baby out smoother,  though labor was 45 hours.  :-)

It helps in the long run as well.  Can develop weak floor muscles at any age some woman can have a prolapse where the uterus or bladder fall out of place and into the vagina. More commonly in woman who have had long labor of pushing. Or had large babies.  Obese. Connective tissue disorder.and many other things I am a care aid witnessed a few in elderly woman. So doing the exercise would be a good idea in my  opinion.

I think they do. I did them for the last trimester of my last pregnancy and I only had a 1st degree tear. I healed up pretty quickly from the tear so I'm guess doing kegel exercises helped
