Kidney infection at 24 weeks :(

So after a long week of being misdiagnosed twice, I've finally been hospitalized with a kidney infection. The doctor said the good news is I caught it early despite none of the typical symptoms. She said the baby is fine but I can't help but worry.  I'm here for a few more days connected to IV fluids and antibiotics. Has anyone else who's been through this have any advice for getting through it and making sure it doesn't happen again?

Yes, I was hospitalized for 3 days with the same thing at 12 or less weeks o believe. Don't worry if they tell you the baby is fine then is fine. Tried to drink lots of water NO soda because that's how I ended up there, maybe 1 every now & then but that's it
