Long Braxton-Hicks

I'm 25w 5d and have started having BH frequently....we got checked out at hospital because they were every 7-9 minutes and starting at top of uterus and spreading down during contraction and they sent me home and said not to worry, but they have started again about 10 minutes apart. Intensity hasn't changed, how long do I just ignore them?? Is this normal??

Thanks, I'm finding out that it can be common that they happen constantly for some during this last phase of pregnancy....my Dr. just said to not worry unless they get more intense.  No bueno :(

Hope you feel better soon. I've been having them like that for what feels like the majority of my pregnancy. I was told to drink lots of water, and put my feet up or lay down on my left side. They said that I should call if they dont go away with switching positions or rest. Good luck

I was told if I have more than 4 in one hour, to call in . Im 25+2. I get them alllllll the time. If they don't seem too worried, I'd let them go. But drink lots of water! Its supposed to help with BH. I hope you feel better soon!
