So I tried telling my baby's dad were having a expecting in person but he's just so busy at work I text him a pic of the test  saying congrats dad we're having a baby! He neve rtext or called :( do I try to contact him or be patient and let him process what's going on? I feel like I really shouldn't have told him through text.

thanks lady's! I knew to do it face to face. I even bought a little picture frame for him and putting coming with the due date and test. than I asked my best guy friend what he would want if it was him and silly me listened to him. I really don't want to do this alone again. my sons dad left me for another chick at 19 weeks and said the baby wasn't his. my son is two and this guy decided that now he wants to be involved. I'm super excited about the baby butI'm 27 years old you'd figured I'd be smart enough not to do this a second time. I know I can do it alone I just feel bad for my baby.

Sometimes it takes them a little while to process especially if you wasn't trying it can come as a shock. We wasn't planning this pregnancy and was actually using condoms so it took hubby 7 positive pregnancy tests to process it. It actually ended up taking me longer like my 20 week ultrasound when I actually saw baby. It finally fully hit home that I was really pregnant no mistake lol. Give him a little time but if you don't hear from him soon I would contact him again.

yes I would have told him face to face, but the carlts out of the bag now! I would wait and see if yku hear from him in a few bays, if its not a planned pregnancy then he may just be trying to get his head around the news! if in a few days yoj haven't heard from him I would drop in on him for a chat!

Well he obviously knows now that you are so the ball is in his caught. I'm sorry he's not being very supportive my partner was a bit distant for a few days when we found out. Just  try not to contact him & give him some time to process it.

The last time I talked with him through text was 930am and I text him that message at 8pm yesterday. he had already asked me if I was pregnant because I told him we needed to talk but I didn't answer him I just said I really would like to talk to him in person.

Hindsight is always a good thing, text probably wasn't the best idea but dont stress, he's being an arse for not responding. Let him contact you now he'll come around he's probably just in shock. But you need to talk fave to face.
