Leg cramps/soreness??

So for the past 3 days straight my upper thighs feel like I have run a marathon or something and I've done nothing.....it feels like right before you get a Charlie horse....I can't get any relief and it's keeping me up all night any suggestions? ? Currently 28 weeks

I'm 30 weeks and I get that in my calves too. When I'm waking up I can feel my legs stretching just waiting to give myself a charley horse. Like my toes point too hard in the wrong direction if that makes sense. Luckily I can control mine with bananas. I eat one banana every 2 or 3 days and it definitely helps keep these cramps at bay. I recommend you try that if you haven't already!

I also suffer from cramps. I stretch my legs before bed. This helps me. Also I heard banana milkshakes are good as well.

28 weeks with the same thing. My calfs are so sore. You would think I've been climbing stairs.
