Leg pain and back pain!

I'm 31 weeks and I find my leg pain and back pain worsening the farther along I get. My leg pain usually happens before bed time while I'm laying down and as for my back pain it's all the time but most in the night as well. Does anyone have any similar symptoms?  If so what helps to ease the pain or is this normal? I usually just try to sleep it off or massage the pain through.

Am in 34wk, also feel d same, I find it difficult to sleep. I normally use pillow  to rest my head while sitting on a firm bed or chair. If its on chair u rest ur legs on a something , untill I hv relive bl4 I can sleep again.am conformable sleeping in d afternoon rather than nit. All is as a result of d weight of d baby, so dear u can bear it . it's for a while. I remember my kid sister didn't not sleep on bed for 3 good months just blc her stomach waz too big to lye on d bed.

Back pain and leg pain is normal considering the weight our body has gained. Nothing much has helped me till now, I just try to sleep over it. Only get back massage from certified practioner else don't get a back massage
