Walking lots and lots and sex - the semen softens it. I've heard red leaf raspberry tea, but that is less proven.

Walk a lot, sex, bounce on an exercise ball, roll ur hips in circles in both directions while sitting on the exercise ball, some people may recommend Evening Primrose Oil but DONT use it yes it works to soften cervix but they also say it works as a blood thinner and could be dangerous if u end up having to have a csection. Good luck

Nipple stimulation, sex at this point won't harm the baby. And walking but don't get too tired cause of baby comes you'll want to have a lot of energy to stay strong.

Have more sex and walk. If you want to vbac you need as little intervention as possible from the doctors. Stay home as long as you can when in labor. The shorter amount of time you are at the hospital the less likely another c-section will occur. Good luck!

My cousin had 3 csections and recently had a vbac with baby 4. I'm not sure of everything surrounding the circumstances since they live in Korea at the moment but she said it was an amazing experience. As for inducing labor, a lot of what I've been reading says nipple stimulation is one of the best ways

Yea I just put my two year old to sleep and I'm soon to follow . but u are right they are lazy .luckily I switched Dr and this one is very supportive.  Not that I don't mind hearing no I just want more than one option if possible . my sister had an emergency c section pushed out twins four years later . my best friend had a c sectionwith twins pushed out a healthy baby girl less than two years later.  So if they did it hopefully I can

You can go up to 42 weeks at my doctor  office.. they want to do c-sections because  you can schedule a time and get it done quickly... no waiting around for labor.. or the  whole pushing thing.. no waiting for the placenta to come out... they are lazy  now. . I told my dr i will be a lot if work because I am going vbac all natural and she giggled and said she supports me.. walk around, eat some pineapple, have sex and pray.. also sleep now.. you know how it goes after baby lol

Thank u apawli1224 my Dr is 100% supportive of my decision . even my midwife that I see.  My other Dr however wasn't.  I think for those who has a c section I think the Dr wants them to keep getting it because it cost more and they get paid more smh . they told me if I make it yo 40+5 with no signs then I will get a c section which is understandable .

You make your own chioces not the doctor.. risk of rupture is .4%... i found walking to be the best inducer..

I have had 3 sections. I too wanted to v bac. Unless you find an O.B. who is will to deliver you v bac it won't matter if you induce labor. They will still c section you. The risk is to high rupturing the incision area.  My O.B. does do v bac deliveries but he told me unless the baby was small I couldn't. So i had to go in for regular ultrasound the last month and my son got to big so he said no. I would talk to your O.B and set up a plan.

Have you spoken to your doctor about this? Because you could put your life and your baby's life at risk, dont try inducing labor until you get an opinion from your doctor
