Dang I forgot about caffeine in food! Lol I will just have a cup a day and call it good. Thanks ladies for the thoughts!
Yeah, just try not to drink too much because foods also contain caffiene! Lol I always forgot about that.
I was real nervous about drinking tea as well... But crave ice tea a lot:-) so I asked my doctor is it safe to drink while pregnant n she told me its fine as long as I'm bot drinking 5 cups a day.... So I only have 1 or 2 n thats it. So I don't anything wrong with it as long as its not too much. So enjoy that tea girl:-)
200 mg a day is fine. I've done extensive researching on it and no adverse effects are seen at that amount. I've always tried to keep it at 150mg so if I forget to count something I have a 50 mg cushion. Enjoy your tea :)
