Loss of appetite

the past few days I haven't felt hungry. I have been forcing myself to eat because I already feel bad enough that I don't look as far a long as I am. My doctor hasn't seemed concerned I'm guessing because I'm a ftm but Is there anything I can do?

That's why then. Try eating like plain toast and crackers. Also, I found gingerale to be very helpful.

Lack of appetite is normal. I had on and off with both of my pregnancies. Just eat small snacks throughout the day. Also if your Dr is not concerned about how big you are you likely don't have a problem. I didn't show till about 25 weeks and I only looked about 7 months pregnant when I was 9 and my MIL swore my son wouldn't even be 7 pounds but he was a full 8 Pounds 6 Ounces. A large part of it is how tall you are how you are built and how the baby is sitting.

Are you not eating because you are not feeling well?
