I want to know at week are you 8 months? ? I'm getting told it's 29 then it's 31 then it's 32 weeks. What week exactly is 8 months

I turn 31 weeks tomorrow so I'm super lost because my husband family is telling me allot and I'm confused
One month before your due date. I'm due Jan 29, so I'll be 8 months Dec 29th. I'll be 34 weeks 5 days.

I'm saying 32 weeks is the first week if the 8 month mark... hence 4 ×8=32
