what to take when sick
Ok so im 12 weeks and im congestion and not feeling well at all what is it u can take besides Tylenol cause i took two and its not working . And i feel miserable. I hope when i call the dr tomorrow. I can take something else
The. Nurse told me any Tylenol products and tea but decaffeinated suxks cause im broke til Wednesday
I got super sick when i was 6 weeks and i took vitamin c efferbecent tabs amd tylenol ... Also i made a hot drink mixing the juice of 1 lime, a tablespoon of honey in a cup of hot water... Drink it befor going to bed ... I felt better in 4 days but it wasn't fun at all... And even with doctor authorization.. I was scare as to take any medication c's it was too early

Hot tea with lemon and honey, sit in the bathroom with the hot shower running- the steam will help loosen congestion. Get a cool mist humidifier, Vicks vaporub, cough drops, Mucinex, Benadryl, saline nasal spray, netty pot, salt water gargle, lots of rest and stay hydrated. All things safe in pregnancy and can help alleviate cold symptoms. Feel better soon:)
