I have lost 29 pounds since becoming pregnant due to unrelated reasons (athough morning sickness didnt help).  I am almost 19 weeks and doctor isnt concerned.  Said as long as i am eating right and taking my vitamin baby will get what he/she needs first and i will suffer. He said i could try ensure or protein drinks to bulk up some but they cause attacks so i cant. I had to change my diet drastically (extremely low fat, no dairy and nothing sugary) due to gall bladder attacks and am scheduled for surgery 6 weeks after baby gets here provided my gallbladder can hold out! Try full fat yogurt and milk, protein powder shakes and just generally snacking more.  Maybe you will gain it closer to the end! Good luck.

Of you are eating healthy and baby is still measuring right, then there is no need to worry about weight gain. I gained 30+ with my first and this time I am 28 weeks and have only gain 6 lbs. My baby is measuring 5 days ahead. You don't necessarily have to have weight gain for a healthy pregnancy. If you are feeling that something really isn't right tho, talk to your doctor about your weight.  :) good luck
