2nd Trimester morning sickness

I am 15 weeks and I'm just now getting morning sickness. Is this normal? I always thought things were supposed to get better in your second trimester. However, I've been puking all day.I wasn't sick when I first found out I was pregnant.

Im on baby #4 and for me my morning sickness always gets worse once i hit my second trimester and then a lil better once i get in my third good luck.
