What can I take I'm 8wks pregnant and my head has been killing me for two days now I have ate I drink water but right after I feel nausea. .. any ideas
Bath & Bodyworks sells an aromatherapy roller with spearmint and eucalyptus oil. I personally find my own blend of 2 drops peppermint, 2 drops eucalyptus in a 5 ml roller topped off with jojoba oil, works better and longer.

You can have paracetamol which is the key ingredient in Panadol safely through out pregnancy. Just make sure you're taking the minimum doses required. Hope you feel better soon.
You can take Tylenol. It has to be acetaminophen. Drink more water
