Massage chairs while prego???
My husband just bought a massage chair and he says it's amazing!! I'm just wondering if it's safe?
Omg I regret sitting on that chair.. I woke up in the middle of the night in so much pain my back was killing me. So I would suggest to whoever is planning to use a massage chair DONT
Yes. Enjoy it can also help you relax and feel better :-)
I'm a massage therapist. They are safe. Applying direct pressure to uterine points is what u have to avoid during pregnancy and those chairs do not have that capabilty.
