are theses signs of active labor...

Are these signs of active labor.  Yesterday all day I was having tightness and pressure in my pelvic area. Like almost evertime I would sit or especially when I would get up from resting. Last night or like early this morning around 2am I had contractions in my stomach where the tightness what hurting along with my mid back down. They lasted about 3/4minutes and then stop. Then I couldn't go back to sleep. Then at 4 am again they began again and lasted the same time. I finally went to sleep like at 545ish and had to be up by 7am to take my seven year old to school. My body feels soooo drained and weak.  Today is my 38 week check up at 930am. So hopefully I have dialted enough to get induce or at least admitted. We'll see today will be the first day he checks me.

So have anyone that is this far along experience labor pains

Doesn't sound like true labor contractions , but since you are so far along ,  it's better to be safe and contact your Dr .

I had them all the tine, for the last 2 week's, I know its hard, just try to relax, I know some times they are a bit painful.
