May be too much info but can't take the pains!

I just started having wonderful gas pains that seriously feel like cramps all over my stomach until they exit their way through my body (sorry if that's tmi) but let's be real the whole pregnancy thing can get a little gross from time to time. With that being said they are seriously are so bad when they strike it feels like I need to run to the bathroom and its going to come out both ends but in reality just waiting to pass a normal bowel movement. My point here is, anyone have this similar situation going on? Anything to relieve it? I'm going to talk to my doc tomorrow but omg I can't take it anymore it's excruciating!!!

Cloves are good for gas. I'm not a big natural remedy type of person even, but that worked so well for gas pain. Just Google how to use cloves to make a cup of clove tea. The relief is almost instant!

I'm at work having these issues. I have to stand behind a register so getting relief takes time.  I almost curl over with pain and feel absolutely horribly nauseous! Going to the bathroom provides the only relief. Constipation from iron pills doesn't help
