TODAY I SHOULD BE 7 WEEKS 2 DAYS BUT THE PAST WEEEK IN HALF I HAVENT HAD ANY SYMPTOMS AT ALL EXCEPT IF I DONT EAT I GET NAUSEOUS. AND THE PAST TWO DAYS IVE HAD BROWNISH DISCHARGE. COULD I HAVE ALREADY MISCARRIED

Some people don't experience symptoms, you might be a lucky one like me. Also, spotting/brown discharge is normal, it is just implantation bleeding since the embryo is implanting itself more onto your uterus. Relax.
Brown discharge is not bad its usually implantation. Symptoms come and go you should be fine. If its bright red blood and cramping contact a doctor.
