Migraines

Any suggestions for dealing with migraines? I'm 8 weeks and they are becoming more frequent.

A couple of extra strength Tylenol with something caffeinated if it's during the day (that's pretty much what over the counter migraine meds are)
if I can go to sleep, then Tylenol and a benadryl

My migraines were super bad during 7 to 8 weeks but now that I'm going on to 10 weeks it dissipated. I no longer have headaches or migraines. It'll take time, just rest. Don't walk around too much and light really makes this worse. Good luck to you.

I also had really bad migraines in my 1 at trimester. Drink lots of water. I also went to a chiropractor, just remember to tell him you pregnant as you can't have x-Rays. My chiropractor did some adjustments for about 2 weeks every other other and I haven't had them again. Hope you find what works for you.

I use to get them really bad in my first trimester everyday and Tylenol has never worked for me.
I use to put cold wash rags over my head and eyes and lay in a really dark room.

I have really awful migraines that got 10x worse with pregnancy. I have been doing accupuncture and that seems to help. Other than that,  baths (relaxing), peppermint oil on your temples, ice packs on your head/neck, sleep. I know how hard it is to deal with migraines.  They seem to get better as the pregnancy progresses! Hang in there.
