Could a bad cough cause me to go into labor early?

I got really sick and had a severe cough, I started getting pains. I'm feeling better now but I still have a little cough left but the pains can still hurt. Should I be worried able going into labor early, I'm 30 weeks and 5 days? Thank you for any help and advice.

When I cough or sneeze, sometimes even laugh I hurt too. If I cough enough it hurts, but it's from the pulling of muscles, not early labor. I'm 30 weeks 4 days.

I had a terrible cough/cold/bronchitis during pregnancy. I think the greater concern was dehydration from being sick. Maybe talk to your doctor about it? There are some medications you can take to help, I think.
