Yeah that's fine :) I switched to soy because my stomach was hurting.
I am milk intolerant and so I just drink almond and coconut. Totally fine. ;-) Just get vit d instances ones
Almond milk is better its higher in calcium than regular milk. I can't drink it plain so I put strawberries and bananas in it and make a shake.
My midwife said almond is great (it's what I drink) but stay away from soy because soy has estrogen in it. :)
Thanks ladies! Im glad because almond milk is my favorite. And I take vitamin d supplements anyhow because Im low on that. :)
