Am not ready to lose the baby

Am 5 weeks pregnant and me and my partner had intercourse last night and I bled I didn't have no cramps but there was a patch of blood on the bed. I read online this can happen not always meaning it's a miscarriage. Has anyone else experienced this. I have my first gp appointment on Tuesday to confirm my pregnancy as Iv only confirmed by tests now. Really worried something bad has happened

That's amazing news that baby is doing well.
It's amazing you got to see your baby's heart beat.
Take it steady and look after your self love

Sex can cause bleeding during pregnancy- it doesn't always mean that you will lose the baby, but it should be checked into by your doctor.  How are you doing now since it's been a few days?

I'm 16 weeks, 1 day....I and my husband have been having sex since day 1 lol I only had small bleed once in all countless intercourse we've had. I think you as long as it stopped, if it continues then thats a problem I guess.

Could just be nothing just an inplant bleed but I'd steer clear of penitraration till you get a scan and get the all clear,
There is more you can do together and still have fun in the bedroom..
most ladies get it from I think I was told it was the cervix but it was  over 4 years ago but something getting irrated during intercourse but it's up to you and your partner and what you do.
We had fun just held off sleeping together for awhile
