Miscarriage

I had a miscarriage last year and I'm not too sure what caused it. But I'm 7weeks now and I'm kinda scared. What do you guys think?? I have actually been laying in bed for the past two weeks not wanting to move around because I'm scared. Any advice?? Please.

I've also had two miscarriages. One last March and one this January. None the less I am 37 weeks pregnant and getting ready to have my second baby( my first is 7yrs and before both of my miscarriages). But what I learned is that there 8s nothing toy can do to make a miscarriage happen as well as there is nothing you can do to stop it either. Laying around won't help, of its coming it will come. I would actually do the opposite. Get up and stay active and try not to think about it :)

Having had a miscarriage definitely brings on extra worries in pregnancy. I've had two! One last summer, and one earlier this year. Unfortunately the causes are often never discovered. I'm happy to say I'm currently 9 weeks pregnant, the furthest I've made it and all is going well! I wish you the same outcome!! Don't stress - that is some of the best advice. Keep going about your life!!!

I think it's good not to do too much moving around during the first 3 or 4 months.  First trimester is easier to get m/c.  You can get on progesterone pill until you are 10 weeks (this may prevent having m/c caused some people don't produce enough progesterone but once the 10 weeks is up, that's when the placenta is formed which will take care of the baby itself).  I also had a m/c last Feb.  I just gave birth to a baby girl in Oct.  You can do more walking after your first trimester but remember not to do any heavy lifting at all.  Good luck

You really need to get up and move around.  Worrying isn't good for you or the baby. Stress can actually hurt it. Just stay busy and positive.
