How do I deal with mood swings

my husband asks why i keep crying at everything he says im just like "shut up you dont understand me!! Its because im pregnant and you make me sad!!"   All because he wouldnt go and get me a cool blue gatorade... dang hormones lol

I Had The Same Problem And I Talked To My Doc And She Also Put Me On A Low Dose Antidepressant And Now Only A Week In I Have Noticed A Difference. It Is Sooooo Hard Going Through That, I Feel For Ya. Good Luck!

Video games nothing helps a mood swing like killing zombies or battleing monsters :)

Mine were really bad..to the point that my 10 year old came to me and was like.. "look mom..your being crazy"
I talked to my ob about it cause she asked me how I was doing ..I had a melt down..she put me on a mild dose of anti depressents which has helped a ton... I have never been on meds before but wow what a difference.. The emotional roller coaster I was ob was way more harmful to the baby than these meds ..

Id like to no that one aswell. Im constantly up and down i feel angry,today i exploded on my street cos kids was throwin stones at my car id usually  handle it in a different way bt i was shaking with anger screamin at the mother. One min im cry nx laughin so im feelin ya jus try deep breaths av a cry an try take ya mind off things
