Oh girl.   From 8 weeks till about 17 weeks I was throwing up fiercely.   I thought I was going to die at some points.   The BRATS (bananas, rice, apples and toast) diet is a good way of handling it.  Just bc those things are easy to throw back up and seem to be bland enough to tolerate.   It helped me.

Wish I could give you something that'll help but I tried everything n nothing at all helped the symptoms. I lost 10 lbs from throwing up so much. My second trimester however, I've been much better. Good luck

Peppermint, either candy or oil has worked for me. Also there are pressure points on your wrist about 3 fingers down that pressing should help. I got myself nomonausea bracelets that have the peppermint and presses the pressure points on my wrist that have helped a lot.  Take it away 100% but enough that I could actually eat.
