I'm on zofran and it helps a lot! I have also found that if I snack every couple of hours so that my stomach is never empty it helps also. And the preggie pops are wonderful!

There are meds that are safe for baby that you can get from your doctor. They really help me and I can even eat normally, though the thought of scrambled eggs still sends me reeling. I also eat frequently through the day and that makes me feel better too.

I had it terribly both times. The first time I just neversate. This time I learned if I ate every couple hours, I didn't get as sick. But I still had a lot of ginger ale, ginger candies, preggie pops, prenatal pops, crackers, sea bands, etc. I hope it gets better for you!!!
