Yes I felt that way up to 3 1/2 months to 4 mo. It subsided slowly during that time. Ginger ale helps a lot. A lot of medications didn't work for me and I ended up on an acid blocker which helped with heartburn too. It was hard being sick for so long. Small meals is what they say pretty much your entire pregnancy. I carry crackers in my purse and a water bottle because either hunger or thirst can get you too. Someone suggested crackers in bed when you wake up, if your nausea is caused by 8 hours of nothing in your stomach. Sometimes that was the case. Smells were really bad; I couldn't open the refrigerator! Dish soap had to be changed. No breakroom at work after someone had lunch... Peppermint gum helped with that stuff. I went from being nauseous from being hungry all the time to fine in the second trimester to heartburn and reflux everytime I eat. Peppermint gum still helps. A brat diet helps so much during the sick and heartburn parts of pregnancy. That's a bland diet and includes bananas, rice, applesauce, toast. Brat.
Sorry that is happening to you. It was rough for me but I felt much better in the second trimester.

Mine was a gross kind of acid..so it took time but I started eating something literally right after I got out of bed and it seemed to help. Crackers are your friend! Hope it gets better!

I did. Lots of naps, just take it easy. Watermelon, Popsicles, no dairy, and rest. Watermelon and Popsicles help because their cold and bland and full if water. Also-get preggie pops. Their little candies you can get in the store (mine are from motherhood) and they taste good but they definitely ease nausea almost immediately.

You can ask your doctor for meds for nasuea.  They should give you something like zofran. I'm 10 weeks and still have it bad to the point that it takes me a half hour to get out of bed in the mornings.
