Morning sickness

hiya.

I'm really struggling with nausea, I feel like I need to be sick but am not actually throwing up. Does anyone else have this? Or should I just expect the vomiting to start sometime soon?

I had exactly what your feeling for the entire first trimester with my first son. I got wrist bands for sea sickness at walgreens and tried to eat saltines so that my stomach wouldn't be full. Hang in there it will eventually pass.

I had terrible ms with both my pregnancies. This third one (@5 weeks) I have nothing, but that can change. I heard that ******* pops can be really helpful. For me I had to go on Zofran so I could eat and drink water. It did take the edge off but I never felt completely good until my 6th or 7th month. Hope you find something that helps!

I really suffered from MS till about 22 weeks.  I was never able to take any vitamins as they caused my MS to be a lot worse.  I was on daily needs to help plus ginger tablets and sickness bands (was desperate). Now at 26 is creeping back.  Meds helped...ginger tablets (on their own) helped abd just eating what I felt when I felt. Also make sure u get enough sleep as being over tierd makes it worse :)

I have this. I have been able to calm it by drinking 6-8 glasses of water a day. In the morning I eat s piece of toast and take my prenatal vitamin and it's not as severe as it use to be. Good luck
