pains -29 weeks preggo

Does anyone else get pains when they walk? Sometimes after sitting I go to stand and theres this horrid pain in my lower abdomen it stops me from standing str8 and walking. I dont always have it but I find I cnt sit for 2 long otherwise my tummy cramps up. This has been happening for a few weeks now. Midwife said must just be baby laying on a nerve but im unsure
