Cant take anything in first.trimester and in sencond and third only tylenol products, benadryl, claritin. That is about it. Ia asked three docs and pharmacy a few weeks ago. I am super snotty. Always sneezing and blowing my nose. Apparently its common in pregnancy.

Mucinex is not technically a decongestant. It simply loosens and thins mucus. My doctors say it is totally safe during pregnancy. Feel better mama!

i was told not to take any decongestant while pregnant.. but I also learned that everyone says something different. just call your doctor and talk to a nurse, tell them your symptoms then she'll tell you what you should take
