Mucus plug.
FTM. 38 weeks 7 days. Lost my mucus plug this morning @ 6:15. Having diarrhea and a lot of pressure lower abdomen and back. When you lose you plug how much blood or how long should you be losing blood???

Definitely contact the hospital! It should only be a little blood mixed with the mucus plug & the pressure sounds like u r in labour! ring the hospital so u can get checked asap good luck keep us posted :-)
It usually shouldn't be much blood, just mucus mixed with some blood. If you bleed a lot I'd contact doctor. Also sounds like you're in early labour. Good luck!
