High fiber, things like dairy can cause you to get backed up. Grape juice, apples, dark greens,and lots of fluids.

Put a little vinegar and water together in a cup. Trust me.... you'll be more than regular. It safe and natural and it works.
Colace is my lifesaver! I take it before bed every night with my prenatal and it really helps with regularity!
I got some of the fiber one gummies and they are delicious!! Also try miralax that helped me as well and drink lots of water! ☺
Also with natural stuff, like apple juice helps with constipation. Google is also another option to see what you can do.

colace is ok during pregnancy. eat plenty of fiber also.
